Terms and Conditions
By applying to occupy a stall space at The Cosmo Collective, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Wild Cosmo Flowers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
1. Attendance & Participation Stallholders are required to be present at their allocated stall for the entire duration of the event, including designated bump-in and bump-out times. Your commitment to staying throughout the event ensures a cohesive and engaging experience for both sellers and visitors. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of your stall fee, with no refunds or credits provided.
2. Stall Fee & Payment Upon approval of your application, you will receive an email with a payment request for your stall. The stall fee must be paid in full within 14 days to secure your spot. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe may lead to the cancellation of your application and reallocation of the stall to another vendor.
3. Sales & Marketing While we strive to create a vibrant and successful market, Wild Cosmo Flowers cannot guarantee sales on the day. We have implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media promotion, community engagement, and advertising to maximise exposure for The Cosmo Collective. Stallholders are also encouraged to actively promote their participation through their own social media channels, word of mouth, and other means to attract potential buyers.
4. Cancellation Policy
If a stallholder needs to cancel their booking, they must notify Wild Cosmo Flowers at least 14 days before the event. In this case, a refund will be issued, minus a $20 administration fee.
Stallholders may transfer their stall booking to another individual with prior written approval from Loren at Wild Cosmo Flowers.
If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be issued, as stall allocations and event planning will have already been finalised.
5. Weather Policy In the event of extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, the market will be rescheduled to an alternative date. All stallholder bookings will be carried over to the new date.
6. Stall Presentation & Cleanliness All stalls must be maintained in a clean, tidy, and visually appealing manner throughout the event. Wild Cosmo Flowers upholds a high standard for stall presentation, reflecting the creative and curated nature of The Cosmo Collective. Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their space remains organised and inviting for customers.
7. Stall Sharing & Display Restrictions
Stallholders may share a clothing rack with one additional person.
Each clothing rack must adhere to a maximum weight limit of 10kg.
If your items exceed this weight limit, you will be required to purchase an additional rack space to accommodate your display.
Market Stall Holders are to be held by one business only. You may not share your market stall.
8. Product Quality & Pricing
Only high-quality preloved clothing and accessories may be sold at The Cosmo Collective.
All items must be priced reasonably, with no item exceeding its original retail price (RRP).
Stallholders are responsible for bringing their own hangers and cash float for transactions.
9. Bump-In & Bump-Out
Bump-in: 1:30 PM - 3:00PM
Event start time: 3:00 PM
All stallholders must arrive within the allocated bump-in time to set up their space.
10. Liability & Conduct
Wild Cosmo Flowers is not liable for any damages, theft, loss, or personal injury that may occur during the event.
All stallholders must act professionally, respectfully, and responsibly throughout the event.
Wild Cosmo Flowers reserves the right to remove any stall holder or customer who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
