Where do we deliver?
Can I include a message?
Yes! We will provide a free Wild Cosmo Flowers message card with your flowers or gift. We also have a selection of quality greeting cards to suit any occasion in store and online for purchase.
Can I choose a colour scheme or flower choice?
Fresh and Native bunches are available in store or order your blooms online for delivery. If you have a special request we will do our best to match it. Select from a range of colour styles and be sure to let us know if your flowers or gifts are for a special occasion.Fresh flowers may be subject to availability and the season. Wild Cosmo source our fresh blooms from local growers and farms where possible.
What are our operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Sturdays 8.00am to 12 noon. Online orders are available on our website.
What is deliery cut off time?
What if noone is home when my order is delivered?
Your delivery will be left in a secure location. We do not deliver to gated premises if noone is home.
Do you ship Australia wide?
All products except for fresh flowers and balloon arrangements can be shipped Australia wide. Some everlasting flowers cannot be shipped and will be indicated on our shop page.
Can I add items to my flower order?
Yes! We have a selection of gifts online and instore or create your own gift box. Not sure what to buy? Gift cards available for $30, $50 and $100 or a price of your choice. Balloon arrangements are available for pick up only. Delivery of hampers and gifts Australia wide.
How can I receive my everlasting flower order?
Everlasting arrangements available in store or on our website. Custom orders are always welcome. Give us a call or head to our contact page and complete our custom order enquiry form. Most items can be shipped Australia wide and local dellvery available.
