DELIVERY TIMES

​

Deliveries are made between 12.00pm - 5.00 pm weekdays and after midday Saturdays. Requests for times can be made for delivery to schools for example, please indicate in notes at checkout.

PICK UP

​

Pick up Shop 4 /51-57 Pulteney Street Taree (corner of Albert and Pulteney Streets). Trading hours are 7.30am - 4.00pm weekdays and 8.00am to 12.00pm Saturdays.

DELIVERY TERMS

​

If delivering to a place of business, please include the business name with the address.

​

Please provide the correct address and contact number when placing your order. If the incorrect address is provided or does not exist and contact cannot be made whilst the courier is at the delivery location, the delivery will be returned to Wild Cosmo Flowers for collection by the recipient or customer or can be re-delivered with an additional delivery fee.

​

​If the recipient is not home or for contactless delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place by the front door out of the weather.

​

CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR DELIVERY

​

It is the sender's responsibility to notify Wild Cosmo Flowers of any circumstances that may affect the delivery courier's ability to delivery your order for example dogs on the premises or locked gates. Please provide information in the notes section of your order or by phone if there is an option for placement of your order outside the gated premises that is protected from the weather. If we are instructed to leave your order in a safe location outside the gated premises Wild Cosmo Flowers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your delivery.

 

Our delivery couriers will not enter gated premises. If we cannot make contact whilst the courier is at the location of the delivery your order will be returned to Wild Cosmo Flowers. The delivery can then either be collected by the recipient or sender or re-delivered with an additional delivery charge.

Deliveries containing alcohol can only be accepted by someone over the age of 18. Deliveries containing alcohol will not be left in open public spaces.

AUSTRALIAN POST SHIPPING

​

Wild Cosmo Flowers use Australia Post for shipping. Delivery times between 3 - 7 days. Please note a SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED for all Australia Post orders sent.

Items that can be shipped include everlasting arrangements, everlasting flower crowns, hampers and gifts.​​​​​
