Terms and Conditions

By applying to occupy a stall space you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Wild Cosmo Flowers can terminate this agreement , alter any rule or term from time to time. Stallholders are required to attend their stall and be present for the duration of the event including bump in and out times. No refunds and/or credits will be given for failing to attend. Following your application you will receive an email with payment request for your stall. Payment must be made within 14 days. Failure to pay within this time may lead to cancellation of your application. No refunds or credits of stall fees will be given due to the result of individual stall holder sales. Although hopeful, we cannot guarantee you will make sales on the day. Wild Cosmo Flowers have a marketing plan in place for this event and will market it in various means up until the day of the event to ensure proper exposure of the event. You are encouraged to promote and market the event and your attendance on your own social media and through word of mouth to Family and Friends. If a stall holder must cancel their position they must notify Wild Cosmo Flowers at least 30 days prior to the event. A refund will be given minus a $20 administration fee. You may transfer your stall into someone else's name with prior approval by Loren from Wild Cosmo Flowers. If you must cancel within 14 days of the event, no refund will be given. If we have to cancel the market due to bad weather, an alternate date will be organised. Your spot will be held for this date. It is imperative that all stalls are to be kept clean and tidy at all times; Wild Cosmo Flowers imposes a high standard of store quality and wish to convey this through out our Preloved Market event. You may share your clothes rack with a maximum of one other person; please keep in mind the dimensions of the clothes rack (weight limit of 10kg) If your products exceed this weight limit you will need to purchase another clothes rack. All clothing and accessories you wish to sell, must be good quality, preloved items and must be sold at a reasonable price (not exceeding the original RRP of the item). You are responsible to bring your own hangers and change kitty to the event. All stallholders must bring their own hand sanitiser to adhere to our COVID Safe practices. Wild Cosmo Flowers will not be held responsible for any damages, losses or injury during the event. All stallholders must be act responsible and professional through out the course of the event. Wild Cosmo Flowers reserves the right to ask stallholders/customers who do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions to leave the event.
